There are 4 numbers you can find inside your apartment, they are probably not needed for any achievement but maybe they are needed for the "4589" achievement, so I'll show the locations anyway. WARNING: if you interact with all of them, you will get teleported and the game will end shortly after that.

911 CALL
Call at this number. Maybe they'll help
Go behind the diner, use the working telephone booth and call 911.

Examine the soft toy
Examine the bunny on the ground near the trash bin (hard to see on the screenshot)

Find it
Interact with the numbers on the side of the trash bin. (Maybe you also needed to find the 4 numbers in the apartment, don't think so though.)

DON'T DO THAT
Get hit by a car
Get hit by a car in front of the diner.

EGG COLLECTOR
Collect all the eggs scattered on the level, believe me it's worth it
Find the 5 eggs in the diner map.
