Big success!

Difficulty - 1/10

It is obtained literally at the very beginning.
Survive the first year
Face the winter and have your settlers not abandon you.

Difficulty - 2/10

It’s not hard to accomplish. You need to monitor the needs of the residents and ensure that the approval rating does not drop below 25.
Food and fuel should always last for 2+ months, preferably 4+ months.
For Whom the Bell Tolls
Change the church bell sound.

Difficulty - 1/10

Everything is clear from the achievement description.
The vigilantes
Destroy a squad of brigands with a squad of militia in a non battle game mode.

Difficulty - 3/10

Everything is clear from the achievement description. Mercenaries do not count!
Full Retinue
Employ 24 retainers.

Difficulty - 3/10

You need to build an estate where you'll have the opportunity to hire a retinue. Initially, you're given 5 fighters, but you'll need to recruit the remaining 19 yourself.
19 * 50 = 950 coins from the treasury (not to be confused with the wealth of a specific region).

I recommend always recruiting a full squad, except in a playthrough where you're working toward the "Mercenary Captain" achievement.
Defeat Hildebolt
Defeat the baron in the "Restoring the peace" scenario.

Difficulty - 5/10

Everything is clear from the achievement description.
Cheerful Metropolis
Reach 100% approval in a "large town".

Difficulty - 5/10

On easy/medium difficulty, there should be no issues with achieving this. Keep an eye on the needs of your settlers and fulfill them all.
Restore the Peace
Finish the "Restoring the peace" scenario

Difficulty - 5/10

You don’t need to capture all territories. It’s enough to reclaim all those occupied by Hildebolt.
The merchant
Get to a "small town" settlement level without hunting or gathering berries.

Difficulty - 7/10

Now this is the first challenging achievement. Hunting/berry gathering is prohibited. As for fishing, I'm not entirely sure. I completed it without it.

A new game is required. Choose easy difficulty; there’s no point in making the process harder.

I completed it with rich clay deposits. Gather clay, turn it into rooftiles, and sell them. This is the fastest way to make money. (Iron also works, but that’s if you plan for a long game. In the long run, it generates much more money.)

All you need in terms of food at the start are vegetables. That should be enough to survive the first winter.

Here's the most efficient way to set up farms for vegetables/apples. For convenience, I use a rectangle made of roads.
[br]
A large space for an extension in the yard allows for growing a lot of vegetables.

With the arrival of spring, you should focus on wheat, which will be used to make bread.

Also, eggs from the yards are needed to diversify the diet.

Here, we set the space size to the minimum because increasing it doesn't result in more eggs.

To meet clothing needs, I bought hides and turned them into leather. Then, leather can be used to make shoes.

If food/resources are lacking, purchase everything you need through the factories. The money from tiles should be enough for most things.
Challenge accepted
Beat "Restoring the peace" on "Challenging" difficulty preset.

Difficulty - 8/10

At this point, all skills will be needed. From the first 50 regional coins, I recommend ordering another ox and building 2 vegetable farms.

On high difficulty, it’s crucial to account for all the residents' needs, as penalties for ignoring them are more severe and occur faster. I completed the game with just one settlement that didn’t go beyond the 3rd settlement level. This is more than enough, as it’s observed that the opponent has a larger army once you cross that development threshold.

This is what my settlement looked like in the eighth year. I could have finished earlier, but I got carried away.

Make sure at least one family arrives every month. This is critically important for the village's development.

My development points:

This will be enough for victory.

I recommend rerolling settlements until you get a plot with large iron deposits and wild animals.

There’s a trick with iron/other resource deposits that not everyone knows about. You can place multiple mines on a single resource spot.

Here’s an example of how I placed 3 mines at the same time.

Army:
- 2 squads of residents with crossbows.
- 2 squads with spears and large shields.
- 1 squad of Retinue.
- As many mercenaries as you can afford.

This is enough to easily crush the opponent.
Mercenary Captain
Beat "Restoring the peace" with Mercenary units only.

Difficulty - 9/10

In my opinion, this is the most difficult achievement. However, there is some information that will help you get it with fewer problems.

It has many steps similar to the "Merchant" achievement. A new game is required. Choose easy difficulty; there's no point in complicating the process.

I completed it with rich clay deposits. Gather clay, turn it into rooftiles, and sell them. This is the fastest way to earn money. (Iron isn’t suitable here. Our priority is to win as quickly as possible.) It’s also desirable to have large deposits of animals/berries.

Timing is important here.

On easy difficulty, you have time to develop until January/February of the second year. By March, you should already be able to recruit mercenaries and start clearing out bandit camps. By March, Hildebolt won’t have raised an army yet.

Mercenaries will stop appearing for hire around the middle of the second year. By this point, you should have 3-5 mercenary squads, which you’ll use to crush Hildebolt. You should also have an economy that can support these mercenaries until victory.

If everything goes as planned, Hildebolt won’t have time to destroy any bandit camps, meaning he won’t have enough points to conquer other regions. You’ll just need to accumulate 4000 points to conquer both of his regions simultaneously. These points can be converted from food donations to the church (this can be done once a month at the estate). If you’ve built vegetable farms as I showed, food shouldn’t be a problem.

IMPORTANT!!!
You need to build an manor to collect taxes. After this, you’ll automatically get a squad of 5 professional fighters. Do not rally them, and do not interact with them in any way. This is prohibited.
Also, you are not allowed to customize the difficulty level except for easy/medium/high.

Getting the merchant achievement is possible with fishing, which is quite simple then.

Fishing with an rich deposits gives you enough basic food, 2-3 plots with carrots the second food. For clothing, get some goats, they give you enough hides for the start, and of course, buy some sheep.

I didnt do any farming or iron stuff, and for money making i only sold wooden stuff. Shields and bows are insane.

Almost everything you wrote was already in the guide. Not counting the moments with exploits, which I deliberately did not add. Please read attentively.

There are many assumptions about the innovations, time will tell what and how will happen.

Resume:
- I hope devs will improve Help inside game and some missing infos. (Such features which i have described, breeding rate, consumption etc.)
- Game require some QoL / UX improvements.

eg.
Rerolling start-condition requires arround 15s. (I hope they will add button restart game). Which could help.

"Claim two last regions at once. (It allow you to avoid 2x 12 units) due to split into other regions"
This is already in the guide.

"Also if u are not able beat lord army during 30 days, he will send fresh reinforement, but you can't."
I don't think this is a bug at all.

Well in real world you should be abble offer better offer to retake them or Lord are after longer time out of money or why i should hold sth what i don't need now?

But here:
When Lord hold merc even if you kill them. He hold them until end of game.

E.g.
Last time i did my first & luckily last attempt to acquire two achievements on difficult.
- Beat Lord + 100% Large Town.
- I did few mistakes, so my march to last region took 2y more.

After 20h of playing he still hold merc (around 10 years in game). He have unlimited money and op Eco.

This is really unrealistic. (After 5th year i obtained all map)

Also if u are not able beat lord army during 30 days, he will send fresh reinforement, but you can't.

Except reroll between last day of month and first.
(Should work, but i never tried) its require great micro skills.

Also another trick:
Claim two last regions at once. (It allow you to avoid 2x 12 units) due to split into other regions

"When Lord bought Merc u (He hold it forever) (after 2nd/3rd year)"
I didn't think it was a bug.) It made sense to me that he was buying them out.:bad_beauty:

Well you are super lucky;

In my case:
- Dissapearing Ox at the beggining. (You lose 30 local wealth)
- Dead Merc which make extremly hard make Merch Achievement.
*You can't rehire it until. You deeplet Treasury* So u lose around 1/2 months and need use tricks to beat it.

- Issues with Logistic
- Random Crash
- When Lord bought Merc u (He hold it forever) (after 2nd/3rd year)

About Luring Army:
Well its works in two sides. If you start battle and by accident leave battle zone you lost.
- There is no mercy.

Another interesting aspect:
- Lord Army sometimes can wait for 2nd Line. Waiting before battlefield.
