"This was a bit challenging. I referenced Sweetheart for her twin tails and faraway Aubrey for her dress. I also referenced Iori's Blue archive render for most her hair. I tried to translate most of it to the omori sprite artstyle gotta say it looks kinda good to me at least.

Used Pixel Studio app. Bought the app as my own christmas present.
I used the base omori sprite template. I noticed it was a template for male characters so I changed it a bit to make it feminine.
