The steps to take:
Chasing the enemies in Betrayer is quite boring. Why they just don't appear in a bunch of 10? Or wait... They do! After returning to Fort Hope from Forbidden Wilds and speaking to Allison there is an attack of conquistadors. Kill them, then press Alt+Tab, stop the game process in Task Manager (to avoid saving the game), then start it again and continue. You'll respawn right at the beginning of the attack. Repeat as many times as you need to earn the achievements. Every time you'll add about 10 kills to your count.
If you have completed the game and you can't return yo the moment of the attack, try other save files. They are here: c:\users\<username>\Documents\My games\Betrayer\Binaries\Win32. There are 4 files: game.sav (the last save of the game) and the files named like archiverecent-X.sav. Just rename game.save to current.sav to keep your game progress, then copy any of the archive saves to game.sav. Maybe you'll find the right moment this way.
Good luck!

It works for me too, thanks! But DON'T buy anything from a merchant's store ... In the middle of the battle i was out of tomahawks and go to the merchant's stand. I buy those tomahawks and the game was saving when exiting store. And now i must do this trick with .sav files... I die many times and the enemies keep endlessly respawning, so i prefer dying way, but its harder to get stealth kills, cuz spaniads always sees me. :)

Anyone know if somewhere in those save files is a value that counts these kills? I've nearly finished the game, fairly sure I've done everything, and only got about half of these! Would be nice to just set to one before the achievement to finish it off. (I know, shame on me, etc)

I found that if you run to the NE portion of the fort and crouch, wait for about 5 guys to enter from where you can see, you can really work up your stealth kills too same location.

Neat trick, thanks. While doing that I noticed that dying also respawns you at the beginning of the fight.
What I did is try to kill as many guys as I could before getting killed, or if I managed to kill 12 of them allow the last enemy to kill you (there are 13 enemies). I was able to rack up 400 kills and 80 stealth kill fairly quickly.
