Open sandbox on any map, bring up the esc menu then click on the CONTROL PANEL button. It is located on the top middle of the screen and is above all the other options.


From here you can swap sides on a dime with the "Team" button.

Open up any map on sandbox, as soon as the game loads freeze time with the "Y" key. (or whatever you binded it to) It is important to freeze the game BEFORE any Units spawn in; otherwise you will have to somehow kill all the spawned units or wait for them to die.

So, now that the game is frozen press TAB to bring up the commander menu and look for two buttons in the top right corner labeled "Disable Green AI" and "Disable Red AI" Respectively. Click on both.



The AI will no longer spawn troops, and do not worry; this doesn't disable the troops themselves. They will still take cover, shoot, etc.
