Something I recently noticed in hl2 was that Eli still uses the beta collar texture so I fixed it :)

This also includes:

Restored HQ envmap (based of the one in the repo leak)

Restored HQ bumpmap (based of the one in the repo leak)

Restored HQ phongmap (based of the one in ep2)
