Something I recently noticed in hl2 was that Eli still uses the beta collar texture so I fixed it :)

This also includes:

Restored HQ envmap (based of the one in the repo ♥♥♥♥)

Restored HQ bumpmap (based of the one in the repo ♥♥♥♥)

Restored HQ phongmap (based of the one in ep2)
