Adds the RTBR Ragdoll Impact Sounds to Half-Life 2.

Heavy, dark and gritty, well you get the point.

Goes well with:
Pretty much every other RTBR related addon i have posted.
Man, i sure am a sucker for the dark and gritty.
I'll add a better icon (and a video) later.
Nothing here is mine.
