Ophidy's Mod Balancing Project

Intro

This Balancing Patch adjusts some of my mods, so they may better adapt Vanilla game.
This Balancing Patch only adjusts completed mods (with completed diplomatic text and agenda), and these adjusted mods will also add additional api for other authors to adjust their Lua scripts.
This Balancing Patch mainly weaken those mods' performance at early game.
If it is highly called for, it may also adjust the balance of other people's mods.
