Simply select any character using one of the new color Palettes (RT/LR on char select screen).

Go to the seasonal store and buy one of seasonal the accessories. This store is located just to the right of Kyoko's house near the start of the game.

Defeat any boss as Billy/Jimmy Lee, easy enough. New campaign, kill 1st boss.

This shop is in the courtyard /uptown/outdoor plaza. Buy/use any item from here.



Buy all moves for Billy *OR* Jimmy Lee. (all moves avail at lvl12 but took me higher level to actually have the money to buy them)

In local or online co-op as one of the DD bros w/ friendly fire on kill the other DD bro.
