READ IF YOUR CONTROLLER ISN'T WORKING ON PC

ISSUE FIXED: Howdy fellow gamers. I had the same problem with the buttons not being correctly mapped or multiple controllers popping up when it should only be one. Disabling Steam Input in the controller settings under properties fixed it immediately. Go to Madden before starting it up in Steam and click properties on Madden. You'll see controller and make sure Steam Input is OFF.

I guess steam and Maddens settings were conflicting so i disabled Steams and it worked great.

I actually had to take two steps here. First, disabling Steam input for Madden 25 and Then.....closing the Steam app after the game launches. Works for me.

bro i can not get ps5 or ps4 controller to work in game. it works in steam.. and in ds4windows, but madden wont run with ds4windows running

before i turned off steam input, i was able to use my dualshock 4 controller but it would show XBOX controls, after i turned off steam input the controller wouldn't work at all
