Realistic Fines

Tired of getting non-stop fines as if a cop was constantly over your shoulder?? Well this is the mod for you! Typically fines only happen when a cop observes the crime however there are some exceptions like running a red light which is a 10% chance of a fine. I felt that a semi blowing red lights would be more on a cop's priority list.

Let me know how the fees feel in gameplay which should be raised or lowered, the scaling factors.

Car Crash -> $1000 (0s, 99%) [0s, 100%]
Not Sleeping -> $500 (0s, 0%) [30s, 25%]
Wrong Way -> $1000 (0s, 0%) [3s, 100%]
Speeding -> $500 (0%, 0%) [3s, 80%]
Speeding Cam -> $500 (1s, 100%) [1s, 100%]
No Lights -> $500 (0s, 0%) [10s, 100%]
Red Light -> $500 (0s, 10%) [0s, 100%]
Avoid Weighing -> $1000 (0s, 90%) [0s, 100%]
Avoid Inspection -> $1500 (0s, 90%) [0s, 100%]
Illegal Trailer -> $250 (0s, 0%) [10s, 70%]
Illegal Trailer Weight Station -> $1500 (0s, 100%) [0, 100%]
Illegal Border Cross -> $750 (0s, 100%) [0s, 100%]
Hard Shoulder Violation -> $250 (not sure what this is for)
Damaged Vehicle -> $250 (0s, 0%) [0s, 100%]

To Modify Values navigate to your American Truck Simulator folder typically at
`C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270880`
Enter the Mod Folder which is the workshop file id `3370284670` then navigate to `\universal\def\`
Open `police_data.sii` with notepad (notepad++ or an IDE is recommended) and should be pretty easy.
The probabilities are float ranges so they go from 0.0 to 1.0
Everything else is just an integer so they are whole numbers going from 0 to 2147483647
