If you're stuck on something like a 1060GB like I currently and don't wanna be stuck at 29-30fps. Use these performance settings, turn Upscaling Method to TAA (I know, i hate TAA) Then Crank down the resoultion to scale to 50 or lower. Besides the TTA the game doesn't look too bad, and I Average 35-45 outdoors, 45-60 indoors and the game doesn't look like complete ass.

Handful of pak mods on nexusmods that may or may not improve performance aswell but I haven't find one of use to me yet.
