Step 1: For out your hard-earned cash
Step 2: Wait for the moment of "launch" on Steam because no-one thought to enable "pre-loading"
Step 3: Try to figure out where your mouse-cursor went (hint - alt-enter)
Step 4: Crash (*optional)
Step 5: Wait
Step 6: Wait some more
Step 7: maybe take a week (or more) off and go someplace you can be productive whilst waiting for Redmond to actually take some action to support their (ahem) "launch"
Step 8: No idea, still stuck in the "queue"!

Unable to enter password so can't even log into it.. Waste of time trying. Microsoft and developers need to learn to program!

I got over the xbox net work thing but now this logging into Microsoft account will not let me type in my email address.
