escapees drop loots

There's a chance that NPC soldiers who fled during the battle will drop their weapons, clothes or items to help their escapes.
The followings are configurable:

• minimal weight of item to be dropped
  
• chance of an escapee leaving loots
  
• whether or not dropped items are forbidden.
