Description
If you don't know, if you land on a common infected's head then they die instantly,

However they just kinda flop over which is a little boring, so this addon adds a sound effect and some head gibbing whenever they die from it.

Local/dedicated server only.

Warning: This will crash the game if you have any common infected replacements that don't support gibbing.
