This is a continuation of Counter-Limited Armies Fix by Corsairmark (more details there).

This mod fixes the unfinished vanilla events for counter-limited armies.
Like Imperial Legions, Titanic Beasts or Azizian Armies, for AI and human player.
Otherwise, these armies can’t be rebuilt(Imperial Legion, if not killed in ground combat - see below Official bug reports for more).

After discovering vanilla’s limitations on this(and needing the same feature for custom armies), I found the solution by Corsairmark. While acknowledging the quality of his mods, I found it too resource-heavy. Therefore, I have developed a much more performant version with the current Stellaris game version. (Every month, every empire gets all sets of variables no matter what!? Every dismantled fleet gets checked for any fitting empire army!?)

Change log v3.14.*
• KISS Principle: Reduced extra triggers and effects to a meaningful minimum. • Best Practice: If an empire no longer meets the required criteria, all variables are removed(for counter-limited armies). This is a basic common programming rule, but even vanilla litters every scope and wonders why everything slows down towards the end. • Added a decrementing count for disband of individual army transports and armies has been added. • Removed the dismantled fleet trigger event (for performance reason - due vanilla in-ability to scope from ship to army or fleet to army - nevertheless, it should be a very rare trigger) • The monthly trigger event for creating counter-limited armies has been deceased to a bi-yearly trigger, and is now only applied to empires capable of fielding exact such armies (in a way, just a more thorough double check - some people have even suggested that the event should only take place every ten years).
