Step 1: Beta Participation
Right click Counter-Strike 2 in your library
Select "Properties"
Under "Betas" select "csgo_legacy - Legacy Version of CS:GO"
Step 2: Enable Server Browser and Skins
Click "Installed Files"
Click "Browse..."












Go to "csgo" folder












Open "Steam.inf"






Edit "ClientVersion" and "ServerVersion" to the following values:










Make sure to set the file to "read-only" after so updates can not change these values.

You have now succesfully installed CSGO and you are ready to join a server!
