Super Perception
When you fight Jeice, each 3 bars of ki he'll launch a Crusher Ball, all you need to do is use Super Perception.

Super Perception is done by pressing

Circle (Hold) - Hold Circle on PS5 (modern controls)
B (Hold) - Hold B on Xbox / PC (modern controls)

Triangle + Circle in PS5 (classic controls)
Y + B in Xbox / PC (classic controls)

That way Goku will deflect his Crusher Ball and trigger the unique dialogue for this fight


Thats it, you can now follow the canon path.

Had a hard time because the training doesn’t tell you that you need 2 skill points and you can’t figure it out because it stays at 6 in training I think.

this game has so many f*cking mechanics i forgot about super perception entirely, i didn't forget about the fact that you CAN'T achieve secondary objectives on easy mode, i used that instead.

if you lower the difficulty and play this stage, burter will appear regardless of whether you deflect the crusher ball or not. source: that's how i unlocked my route

this thread is not very clear, and it took me a very long time to figure out how to make this work. The catch is that this method only works if you are using CLASSIC STYLE controls, modern style is done by just holding B. I have seen many others who use modern style get confused by this.
