Good as Gold (British Golden Ale)

* 7.50 kg - british pale
* 3.00 kg - floor-malted kladsko pilsner
* 1.65 kg - biscuit
mash: add water @74 °C until mash is 65 °C
mashout: add water @100 °C until 1.04 SG

boil bittering hops for 40 min:
* 75 g blackwood
boil flavour hops until 37.4 IBU:
* 110 g wightman
* 130 g strisselspalt
cool to 20 °C

* 600 g capital ale II
ferment 8 days + wait until sugar is consumed
condition M and S @2.25 vols, 21 days

The recipe I modified is the English Brown Porter, but the style matches more with the American Porter so I selected that, and that was enough to win for me?

Hop on Board! (custom recipe)

The same recipe as in "Hodgepodge of Hops". Not dedicated to the competition, but got first place anyway. Alternatively, @[Dk]FrostWolf in the comments suggest to follow the American IPA recipe, addings 400 g of cocoa powder, and conditioning at 21°C.

i've had some jobs that aren't listed here.

"An oarsome brew"
Batch Size is Medium
ABV between 1% and 4%
Bonus: ABV between 3% and 4%

Tried 5 times with a beer that is supposed to be 3.6% but it ends up being over 4%

For the "Hop on Board" i followed the American IPA recipe and then added 400g of cocoa powder and then transferred it to the conditioning container on a heating mat set at 21C
