I run two geologists because of needing to identify the beryllium fast.
I also found it much easier to use the xenon jump drive and escape from pirates, due to this ship being much more manoeuvrable from having less weight and better thrusters. I think many shorter dives with a 600k derelict and the 350k it harvests in beryllium is better than the bulk money from the Cothon but damn is that cothon build fun, very effortless mining.
Thank you for this guide, made the game so much easier and helped me find my favourite ship so far. Haven't tried the titan but that is what I'm saving up for next. Genuinely cant say it enough times, banger guide.
The only problem I found with it, is how heavy it is, so you cant really fly fast through space. I saw there's no way around it really, so for me it is a money ship
I also really missed having the arm to tow derelicts. That is just a personal thing tho. What I ended up doing is using the Vulture Prospector. The best mining laser, pushed to max everything in tuning. Then the tug robots, just one, and the manipulator arm. I then only mine BE. The tug drones don't need the military drone thing either, but you might run out of drones 90% into the dive.
