Finally, I must give a piece of advice:
You can end up ending the conversation by choosing the wrong option, so I highly recommend using quicksave before talking to NPC.

I discovered a game mechanism: the change of seasons is only used to determine whether these NPCs appear in specific locations, but the names and ages of NPCs are randomized when you approach their spawning location for the first time in that season. So when you are play solo, under this rule, as long as you keep loading the saveing, you can get the ideal NPC age to a certain extent.

Is this important? In some cases, yes:
1. You want to marry an excellent NPC.
2. Your villager is too old and you can’t find a suitable partner for him/her.
Their age range is 18 to 44 years old, which is wider than the typical travelers outside the village.

If you have a strong attachment to this matter, you can refer to my process:
Step 1 :
Create asave before the end of season (this is "save A"), then go to sleep to change seasons.

Step 2 :
When the next season starts, immediately create a save (this is "save B").

Step 3 :
Start your Oxbow tour (preferably on a donkey or horse) and go to those locations to see if the NPC you want appears. If not, load "save A" and repeat steps 2 and 3.

I must prepare you mentally: the probability of their appearance is very low, and you must be very patient. And when the NPC you want appears, it is confirmed that this current "save B" can spawning this NPC. At this time, you are already half successful.

Step 4 :
load "save B" again and go to the location where the NPC will spawning. Depending on your computer's performance, you must create another save (this is "save C") at least 100m or more away from the NPC.

Step 5 :
Approach the NPC, let the NPC spawning, go up and talk to him/her to confirm him/her age. If it is not the age range you expected, load "save C" and repeat step 5.

And those NPCs have fixed personalities. Or to be more precise, NPCs who are particularly good at a certain skill have fixed personalities, which I will reveal one by one in the following introduction. But if you're too lazy to read on, here's a simple table:

This is a male with the Inventor personality who witnessed the brutality of the killing and escaped from the gang.

This is a male with a Rogue personality. You will see him leisurely whittling wood, and when you approach him to talk, he will blackmail you, saying that this is his old habit.

However, starting with the 2024 Autumn Update, the location of Piastovia Outskirts has been moved, and you can now find him here:

This is a male NPC added in the 2024 Autumn Update. He is held captive by bandits, and this is a random big bandit camp, located here:
You need to fight four bandits and find the cage key in the loot pile in the tent. This is an underage boy, and the age you met him was always 16, so the biggest problem is that he can't be put into production right away, you can only put him in the apprentice position until he is 18.
Players can't view the personality of the minor, but based on his best skill being hunting, I think his personality is most likely Rogue.

There are both male and female NPCs of this type. You will see someone squatting and picking up arrows on the ground, which may be why they are not easy to find. They will probably appear a little far from the main road, so using inspector mode is necessary.

The character I control is a female in Oxbow, so I only know that this type of male NPC has the Inventor personality, so I judged that the female personality is very likely to be Romantic.

However, I read an old game save after the 2024 Autumn Update and found that the male NPC was gone. After a long time of thinking about it, I thought that the spawn location was not deleted but moved somewhere else, so I finally found it, and it was a little further away:

In addition, after the 2024 Autumn Update, you can also spawn an NPC in a big bandit camp. This PC is also a LV.6 farming male. The location is on the beach north of Oxbow, which is also one of the popular places to build a village:
This gang of robbers consists of eight people and is very dangerous. Please use quicksave before fighting.

You can find the key in the loot pile under the big tent behind the cage. This is a male who is very scared and you have to patiently comfort him and let him know that you will not hurt him. Eventually you can let him join your village.
He's age you meet him is always 41, which is relatively old. My character is only 22, so I can't check his personality, but I believe his personality should also be Inventor.

This is a male beggar with a Joker personality. Even if you say you have no money, he will still ask you for food or alcohol. Perhaps considering that Diplomacy will only come in handy in the later stages, he also has level 5 Survival, which allows him to work as a herbalist and fisherman.

This is an old lady who is proficient in herbal medicine and anatomy. Because she was considered a witch, she was ostracized everywhere and finally wandered to Oxbow. She doesn't appear on the roadside, I only find her in the ruins.

In this game, as long as the character is over 60 years old, there is a chance that he will die of old age every time the next season comes. Although she is infertile, this NPC is very helpful if your village is only in the early stages.

The first location is in an abandoned fishing hut on the island north of Oxbow. The age you met her was always 65:

There are both male and female NPCs of this type. They appear along the main roads like all NPCs, but they do not camp, they just stand by the road.

The character I control is a female in Oxbow, so I only know that this type of male NPC has the Pragmatist personality, so I judged that the female personality is very likely to be Busy Bee.

This NPC was added in the 2024 Autumn Update and is held in a random big bandit camp, located east of Skauki:
There are no bandits here, you can talk directly to the NPC in the cage. She says she saw the key being taken by one of the bandit, but she can guide us to pick the lock (this is just a plot process, and you won't really learn to pick the lock). You must indicate that you want to try it, otherwise the conversation will end.

The order for picking the lock is: twice to the turn left, then three times to the turn right. Talk to her to have her join your village after successfully picking the lock. The age you met her was always 29, and these are her skill levels:
And my character is female in Oxbow, so I don't know what her personality is. But considering her highest skill is production, I think her personality is most likely Busy Bee.

Some people encountered a drunk sleeping on the side of the road, but I have never encountered one before, so I don't know if he can be recruited into the village, which is why I wrote the English version of this article, hoping someone here knows their exact location.

I have to stress again that seasons are not a factor, they are not season specific, they just have a low spawn rate. My guess is that they are probably with all the random stuff on the map, so it's hard to encounter them. If you are very persistent, you will be very miserable. When you keep loading the save for more than 30 times but you still don't encounter the NPC you want, my suggestion is that you can try to advance a season and do it again.

I found a total of 25 Big Bandit Camp spawning locations in Oxbow, of which only 4 have recruitable NPCs, but you can encounter at least two Big Bandit Camps in a season, so the chances of Big Bandit Camps are higher than those NPCs you encounter on the road.

I found a female NPC of farming LV6 in the spring of the 3rd year, and I needed another one of the same, but after that, the location never spawned again. The process of repeatedly reading the game save was very painful, and finally I gave up and recruited ordinary wanderers from other villages. Just after I had forgotten about it, I met the female NPC of farming LV6 again, in the same location, this time it was already the winter of the 8th year. Based on this personal experience, I think there may be a cooldown time after recruiting at the same location, but because their spawning probability is too low to be verified, so this is just my assumption.
