Setting Launch Options
We go to steam library, right click on the Cs1.6 icon, click on properties and launch options and place the following:

-high -nofbo -nosync -noafonts -noforce -noforcemaccel -nojoy -noforcemparms -nomsaa +gl_Vsync 0 -nod3d9ex1 +gl_ansio 0 +cl_nosmooth 1 -32bpp

The gl_ commands are for video options, among them are some to remove Antialasing, remove fog in maps and improve their textures.

The cl_ commands are client commands and include ones to remove de_aztec rain, dead players from the ground, ghosts that remain after dead players, and other things.

The hud_ commands are commands for names that appear on the screen when you aim at a player, so the name will appear in the center of the screen. And another of the commands is for the weapons to change quickly when you press one of the SLOTS on the keyboard.

The r_ commands are to remove or Reduce the dynamic lights on the map, reflections and bullet sprites on the wall.
