Vids on steam are just like that. Open YT and set it to max quality and it won't be choppy.

Ehhhh, you'll probably never see another Wesker do it and it requires a complete redo of both the DBD servers and Wesker's power design.
It took BHVR 2+ years to patch out blight's hugtech.
