Preface
This guide was made due to the translation issues of the various Adventures in the game, along with some Adventures having unclear triggers or requirements.

This guide is currently based on Version V0.16.4.0

Notice:
I've been working on the Official wiki for the game, which means I will not update this guide to V1.0
Official The Matchless Kungfu Wiki[thematchlesskungfu.wiki.gg]
Ideally, the wiki will contain every single adventure, thus rendering this guide useless.
To collaborate or discussion the wiki, please reach out on the Official Discord Server[discord.gg]!
Tips
  • Adventure NPCs often move from their original location and begin to do stuff like building houses after you talk to them. They generally will stay within the same tile though.
  • To find people easier, open your map and they all appear as dots. You can use this to find people by mousing over them. Same with buildings, you can see their owners, and thus find the adventure NPC who owns them.
  • If you use the "View" -> "View Relation" option on an NPC, you can click icons to mark and track related NPCs directly.
  • If you have a relationship with an Adventure NPC, you can mark and find them through your relations menu.
  • Save scumming works for adventures.
If you encounter a bug where multiple of the same Adventure NPC spawn, save, leave the miniworld, then re-enter it to fix it.
Six-Mile Longting - Memories of the Past [Main Story] [Starting Adventure]

This is an adventure you start out with.

It states you need to go to "Longquan Town", however this is mistranslated "Dragonspring Town", which is a special tile you can place once you have enough land masses.

Once you have the tile placed, go to where the image(s) show.

Six Mile Longting? - Manual Seller [Unnamed Adventure]
A Beggar NPC can appear at the location in the image. I'm uncertain if the location is specific or if just a beggar is required. To start, talk to them and select "Wonder".

The NPC offers to sell you Kungfu Manuals, and you're given three options to start:
  • "Where did this beggar come from? Go away!", whichends the adventure.
  • "Oh? Let me take a look.", whichgives you two options: you can choose to change your mind and end the adventure, or take a look at their wares.
  • "Give him five coins and tell him to leave.", whichgives the [Charitable] reputation and ends the adventure.
Should you take a look at their wares, you are given these options:
  • "I'll take the Budda's Palm", whichgives you the opportunity to buy for 1000 coins, or turn down the manual (ending the adventure). If you purchase it, you get the skill manual "Slap in the Face" (Face Slap).
  • "The Primordial Kick sounds promising!", whichgives you the opportunity to buy for 1000 coins, or turn down the manual (ending the adventure). If you purchase it, you get the skill manual "Toe Stomping".
  • "Power comes from within the fist! I want the Invincible Fist!", whichcan give you the skill manual "Tai Chi Fist" for free, or you get scammed and get "Ground pounding fist" instead (also for free).
  • "Go away, you're obviously a scammer. (Refuse to purchase)", whichends the adventure.
Six Mile Longting? - Needy Beggar [Unnamed Adventure]
This adventure comes from a beggar npc and you having the [Charitable] reputation, uncertain if it is location-specific. Talk to the NPC and pick the "Wonders" option to begin.

The NPC will state that they've heard of your generosity and will ask for some coins. You're given three options:
  • "Give 100 Coins", whichWill continue the adventure and take 100 coins.
  • "Lie, and tell him you're too poor to help.", whichGives you the [Miserly] reputation and ends the adventure.
  • "Resolutely Refuse", whichremoves your [Charitable] reputation and end the adventure.

Should you have picked the "Give 100 Coins" option, they will tell you their mother is ill and they need help paying for medical care. You will be presented with three more options:
  • "Offer a bottle of astringent", whichwill continue the adventure, cost 1 astringent.
  • "Agree to help and offer 200 coins", whichwill continue the adventure, cost 200 coins.
  • "Express doubt and politely refuse", whichends the adventure.

Next, if you picked an option to continue the adventure, they will ask for clothes for their son, you can either:
  • "Give clothing", whichwill reveal their a martial arts master, and continue the adventure along with increasing +200 reputation with them due to "Wonders".
  • "Show doubt and refuse", whichends the adventure.

If you've chose the "Give clothing" option, you are presented with these options:
  • "Ask for skill teachings", whichwill teach you two skills, randomly chosen from these four: [Bladeless], [Beating Dog], [Tiger Hunting Palm], [Ground Pounding Fist].
  • "Ask for inner Kungfu teachings", whichwill teach you an inner kungfus, randomly chosen from these four: [Dragon Tiger Hunt], [Lotus in Heart], [Blood Circulatio], [Demo Slayer Arhat].
  • "Ask for equipment", whichgives you a randomize piece of legendary clothing.
  • "Who do you think you are? What makes you think you can teach me? (Refuse Provocation)", whichends the adventure.
  • "I appreciate the gesture, but true kindness asks nothing in return. I must decline. (Refuse)", whichgives you 2 Meridian Shift Pills and 5 Marrow Refining Pills.
Retainer's Offer [Unnamed Adventure]
If you have a retainer, they can randomly have this adventure. As usual, talk to them them and use the "wonders" option.

They will offer you a skill, which you can accept or deny.

That's all.
Skyland Village - Careless Relic
  • Near the first bridge going up in Skyland Village, you will find FengFeng.
  • Talk with them and use the "Wonders" option to obtain the adventure.
You can choose to immediately talk to the NPC again and lie or give up to finish the adventure, but in case you wish to find the pouch, go directly under the bridge, and dialogue will popup as seen below:

You can then choose to either:
  • Return the Pouch.
  • Keep the money.

Afterwards, you'll need to:
  • Find and talk to FengFeng.
  • Use the "Adventure Mission" option.
  • Click through the prompts, and you're done!
Skyland Village - Mischievous Monkeys
You will need to head to the residence located on one of the highest platforms in Skyland Village, or find the residence's owner if they are wandering around. The NPC's house is here:

You can ignore this Adventure by telling them to deal with the issue themselves, however you get no rewards or tiles for this.

If you accept the adventure, it will make you place the "Monkey Hill" tile. You can find Monkeys there, but any will do for the next part.

You must:
  • Win a fight against a Monkey.
  • Talk to the NPC again and select the "Adventure Mission" Option.
  • Click through the prompts, and you're done!
Skyland Village - Poisoned [Unnamed Adventure]
This adventure is fairly simple.

You will find the NPC for it under the village, below the clinic.
They may not always appear, and leaving/re-entering the tile seems to fix that.

Dialogue starts just by approaching them. The choices are a bit confusing, so I'll go more into detail about them:

This adventure is resolved just by talking to them and clicking through the options.
  • The first, "The toxins spreads through the victims meridians [sic]" is to help them.
  • The second, "I'm really Bodhisattva's heart", is sarcasm and is the "Don't help" choice.
  • The third, "Are you troubled, sir?" is to ignore them and come back later.

If you ignore them you will need to move away and come back to re-trigger it.

  • An option that only appears sometimes is very long and not readable. It is using the "Tortoise Fist" skill to cure the poison.
  • "Oh it seems not quite right" will make you gain a mnemonic, chain, but fail to help the person.
  • "I.. I don't seem to have detoxifying ointment on me..." is to actually progress the dialogue.
  • "Use the technique of Moving Stars and Changing Constellations [sic]" Is broken. I believe it is meant to be usable if you have the "Stars Divine" inner kungfu, but it does nothing. It is functionally an option to back out of the dialogue and come back later.

What helps the person is this option order:
  1. I.. I don't seem to have detoxifying ointment on me...
  2. Apply the ointment
  3. I've expelled the toxins from his body; he should wake up soon.
  4. No, the poison is spreading. What should I do...

The dialogue from this point is swapped, so it appears your character is saying what the NPC is supposed to.

Click through and you'll get your reward, The inner kungfu manual "Mechanic", and complete the adventure!

Note that this adventure does not appear in your adventure log.
Skyland Village - Familiar Place [Main Questline]
Head to the peak in the center of Skyland Village and talk to the person there, SiJinhu.
They seem to only appear at night/early morning, around 22:00.

It will make you place the "Maple Manor" tile. That's all there is to it!

Skyland Village - Ling Top [Unnamed Adventure?]
This may not technically be an Adventure, but I believe it was added in the Mythical Version that introduced the Adventure system.

Go to the highest peak of Skyland Village for a reward. That's all there is to it.

The reward is:
Monkey Hill - Monkey Learning.
You'll find this adventure NPC, LuoYunsheng, pretty much in the center of Monkey Hill.

Talk to them to obtain this adventure.

To complete it, you'll need to gain the "Bionic: Monkey" Skill. How you obtain it doesn't matter, such as:
  • Reading a manual.
  • Taught from another NPC.
  • Learned from beating up a few monkeys.

You do not need to talk with LuoYunsheng after obtaining it.
Maple Manor - Benevolent medicine and little medicine
Alternate name: Benevolent doctors and few medicines

The owner of Maple Manor should give you this Adventure.
Note that Maple Manor is mistranslated as "Fenglin Zhuang" in the adventure description.

Make sure you're visiting during the day, as it can get glitched if you try during the night and get kicked out at the same time.

They ask for herbs which are using the wrong names. 5 "Panax Notoginseng" and 3 "herbs" are listed in the adventure description, while in the dialogue you state "Panax Chinesis".

The actual items you need are:
  • 5 San Qui
  • 3 Heartbreak Grass

Obtain them, then talk to the Clinic Manager to complete the quest.
Maple Manor - Half the Secret.
This adventure is found by walking on the peak with two trees on the Maple Manor Tile, at the location marked in the picture.

You can choose to ignore it or pick it up, I recommend the ladder.

Looking through the files of the game provided by the modding tool, and the list of events, it appears there is no conclusion to this adventure yet. I could be wrong, but it is the most likely scenario.
Maple Manor - Hidden Passage [Unnamed Adventure?]

This may not technically be an adventure, but figured I should add it anyway, because of spoiler reasons.

To trigger this adventure/event, head to the well marked in the image.

Then, you must interact with the well and press "Hide".

This willmake you place the Mistycloud Manor tile, then teleport you to a location on it.
Unfortunately it only works once, so don't plan on using it as a persistent shortcut across the world.

I include this as an adventure in this guide because the tile, Mistycloud Manor, has adventures, thus this is like one adventure leading to another.
Mistycloud Manor - Poetry and Drinking [Unnamed Adventure]

This adventure is rather short, and is started by an NPC standing on a small peak at the location in the picture.

There is no way to fail this adventure in the dialogue, but there is a better option of the two.

  • If you have 3 Wine or Monkey Wine, you get 1000(?) Coins and the Illusionary Song Skillbook.
  • If you don't, then You just get the Illusionary Song Skillbook.

Mistycloud Manor - The sickly manor owner
This adventure may require you to complete the Mistycloud Manor "Benevolent medicine and little medicine" adventure first. It also might be time sensitive.

Talk to the NPC who lives in the Music House at the location in the picture. They should have a poison cloud effect on them.

They mention "The doctor at Fengling Village", which is Maple Manor, so go there and talk to the Clinic Manager. You need to:
  • Use the "Talk" option on the Clinic Manager.
  • Select "Adventure Mission".
  • Then, the option should be there.
You then will need to wait 24 in-game hours to progress the Adventure.
Once the time passes, talk to the Clinic Manager again with the "Adventure Mission" option.

Then, go back to the Music House owner on the Mistycloud Manor tile, and talk to them with the "Adventure Mission" option.

Your reward for this adventure is very lucrative. With the two options given being:
  • Refuse, and get coins. I think. I didn't actually pick this option in my tests so far, but the option states you get coins.
  • Accept, and gain the "Transformations Leg" and "Arhat Fist" skill manual, along with the "Demo Slayer Arhat" Inner Kungfu manual.

Eagle Hunt Platform - Arrows without feathers.

This adventure is started by talking to an NPC named ZhangMuzhi near the water on the Eagle Hunt Platform tile.

To complete it, you just need three feathers. There are eagles to loot on this tile, so it's fairly easy.

Talk to the NPC once you have three feathers to complete the adventure.
Eagle Hunt Platform - As light as a swallow.
An NPC named ChenXilie is on a rock near the pond on this tile. Talk to them, and they will ask you to climb up the rock pillars and use the Enlightenment stone and teach them what you learned.

So, climb up, and use the enlightenment stone.

Note that you may get a tutorial about mnemonics and enlightenment stones if it's your first time.

Once you use the enlightenment stone, go to ChenXilie and use the "Assist" -> "Teach" option and teach them "Qinggong" to complete the adventure!
Boulder Hamlet - Hairy Man (Unnamed Adventure)
This adventure can be found in Boulder Hamlet, with four NPCS surrounding a monkey.

This adventure is broken at the moment. It should have a trigger point to start it, but it does not.

The first time you encounter it, it will have a book as an icon, similar to the adventure book or martial arts manuals. If you leave the area and come back, it becomes an exclamation point.
Swallow Falls - Tempering Bones
This adventure does not appear in your log book.

All you need to do is go under the waterfall in the image and meditate.

You can do this every 24 hours, up to five times.

Each time, your reward is:
+50 Maximum Vigor
Flying Sword Meadow - Sword Qi
When you first enter the Flying Sword Meadow, your character may make a comment pertaining to this adventure.

The first part of this adventure can be done any time, but is most helpful before you do anything else.

Go to the location in the picture to the right and talk to the meditating NPC there. They should appear around 22:00. You may need to leave and re-enter the area for them to appear.

They will impart some lore and a tip to you.

The next part follows the advice of the NPC, and is found at the location in the picture.

To continue the adventure, meditate at the marked position. You may need to leave/re-enter the area to reload the trigger point.

You will then get two options:
  • Guide it into Dantian, which willincrease your Chi by 5 (and Energy by 25 from Chi).
  • Guide it into Qi Channel, which willincrease your Vigor by 50.
This is repeatable every 24 hours, up to five times total.

There is an exploitable bug in V0.16.6.0 (and lower versions), where if youleave the area and re-enter to reload the trigger point, the timer resets. Thus, you can quickly gain Vigor/Chi instead of waiting. But you wouldn't cheat, would you?
Afterword
I've mainly focused details on the more confusing adventures. I will add them as I come across them.

If you wish to add or correct anything, feel free to comment it.

For Half the Secret you find the other half of the book in Hare Ear Pass (same tile as where Iron Clothes is) and it teaches you how to invert the inner breathing technique (Allows you to gain vigor by meditating at night).
