Surrounded by the Dead II Nav fix

Fixes the long-standing problem with func_door entity on the second map, that breaks the nav after the round restart.

It is due to the func_door has "Block_nav" flags enabled, which prevent flow calculation (unlike any nav_blocker, that has separate property for it).
Even so, on the first round (Map start) func_door does not apply it's settings, so the problem occurs after restart.
