Simple NPC Revival System

A simple system designed to allow combine AI to revive each other after being knocked down once.

Citizens and Combine can now revive each other in battle, and elect certain members to revive. While others ensure they are somewhat protected (iffy, but kinda works)

• Supports Citizens & Rebels

Recommended to get Better Keep Corpses for huge battles. Works with a majority of NPCs as long as they are derivative of the NPC class. (Short NPC body cleanup times may cause certain issues and jankiness with the reviving system!!!)
