Section 1: Rust-Gym Lifestyle (real world examples)
The Rust-Gym Lifestyle is the greatest lifestyle one can follow. The Following section describes a few followers of this lifestyle.

Daniel Larson is prime example of what happens to someone who doesn't correctly balance a
Rust-Gym lifestyle. Daniel Larson went too heavy on the Rust in the Rust-Gym lifestyle resulting in erratic behavior ultimately ending him up in a mental health institute... DO NOT Be like Daniel Larson

Patrick Bateman is the ultimate example of what is capable of the human body when perfecting a Rust-Gym Lifestyle. He is successful, wealthy, funny, and charismatic. He gets any girl that he wants because of this life style. If it weren't for rust he wouldn't have the mental strength and fortitude to accomplish his business dealings. And without the gym he wouldn't have the physical capacity or endurance to deal with the people who oppose him. The Rust-Gym lifestyle must be your number one priority at all times if you want to achieve Patrick Bateman level of sigma... BE Like Patrick Bateman

Zyzz... He was one of the best at rust (even better than blooprint, spoonkid, frost, etc...) Zyzz had perfected his Rust-Gym Lifestyle.. To the point no one thought was possible. Zyzz had everyone chanting his name. They would shout "WE'RE ALL GONNA MAKE IT BRAH" and "ZYZZ BRAH".
He was the Pinnacle of the Rust-Gym Lifestyle. Until one day it all came crashing down.
On that fateful evening on August 5th 2011, Zyzz OD'ed on rust. He was raided back to back to back defending each and every time but it got to be too much and he went too long without taking a break.
It was then that Zyzz felt a sharp pain in his chest He clutched his heart and yelled "We're all gonna make it brah!" then silence. The Great Zyzz had fallen. Once thought to be Indestructible, fallen to the game of Rust. Let this be a prime example that even once the Rust-Gym life style has been perfected, that it must be maintained or you may too fall victim. BE like Zyzz, Just know when to quit.
Section 2: Positives of Rust

Rust has many positives and negatives! But lets focus on the good stuff :D.

Reason #1 Rust helps you overcome challenges such as the 20 man Bulgarian Zerg that lives outside harbor which teaches persistence which is a skill you can apply to your daily life

Reason #2 Good Schedule Planner; Rust is a painful game and your loot can be stolen in the deep night by some thieves, so that being said you don't want your loot stolen while sleeping so you can wake up nice and early after a 4 hour rest.
(John W the Founding Father of the Nih Core)
Reason #3 Rust Teaches skills that are apply-able to real life! One of these skills being Electricity. If you can setup some lights in rust, you can do the same thing in real life, because its the same thing! As seen in this photo John W, the founding father of the Nih Core made one of the best circuits known to mankind in Rust but is now being used in Modern homes for electricity!

This is very informative and helpful. In just one day it has transformed me into a truly insane player. I'm solo raiding zerg bases on 1000 pop servers now. Thank you for eveything.
