Improve visibility for very low-end systems (GTX 1070, I7-7700K)

Settings:
Display -> Full screen -> 16:9 (depending on your own monitor) -> 1920 x 1080.
Performance -> Lock FPS to 30 -> Turn on V-SYNC (it helps for screen tearing) .
controls-> Camera shake set to 0 -> Auto lean off.

Graphics:
Global illumination -> set to epic
Anti aliasing quality -> set to medium
View distance -> set to epic
Textures-> set to medium
Shadows -> set to medium
Effects - set to medium
Reflections -> set to medium
Foliage -> set to high
Shading quality -> set to medium
Post processing -> set to medium

Post process:
Grain -> set to off
Sharpness -> set to off
Motion blur -> set to off

Nvidia control panel:
3D settings -> set to performance.
Manage 3D settings -> Texture filtering - Quality -> set to highest performance.

Launch options (Extra):
-high -threads (amount of your CPU, in my case it's 8)

hey i have an rtx 2060 and an intel i 7 10750h the game wont load and just shows a black screen how do i fix this

Right click the game in library, go to properties. Then, in the general tab you can see the launch options!
