Alright, what if Cowboy YOMIH from the hit game Your Only Move Is HUSTLE just really liked shooting things? And also found a chair instead of a sword.

He's also most likely buggy right now, but he's gone through a good amount of balancing though so it should probably be fine

Quickdraw is not broken. You need to align the smoke effect with your target in order for the hit to connect, It's simlar to lightning slice.
