Now that you mention it :) But it's actually quite small. Construction time about 6 days (it would have been faster without resource scarcity). A real great wall would have to cut off at least a sixth of the map, I think that would take a few years.

I had to interrupt the palisade two or three times, as is sometimes the case when it doesn't go any further in the desired direction. I wasn't aiming for perfection here and rather wanted to see if it was feasible and would work.

That is so awesome. I never thought about using bridges like that. I see that the internal walls on the radius are placed one segment at a time. Did you have to do the same for the palisade? From this angle I cannot tell.
