In vanilla SE it is more effective to grind down an armor wall than it is to hack a door. I created this mod to fix that.

- Reduces (or increases) grinding and drilling speed when capturing enemy grids
- Reduces (or increases) damage of hand weapons
- Reduces (or increases) tool damage to players
- Only effects hand tools (drills/grinders) ship tools are unaffected.
- Configurable per world

Default values:

- Terminal block grind speed above functional reduced to 1/7th vanilla
- Terminal block grind speed below functional reduced to 1/5th vanilla
- Non terminal block grind speed reduced to 1/25th vanilla

- Hand Gun Terminal block above functional to 100% of vanilla
- Hand Gun Terminal block below functional to 100% of vanilla
- Hand Gun Non terminal block reduced to 50% of vanilla
- Tool damage to players reduced to 25% of vanilla
