In Stardew Valley Update 1.6.4 there is a new side quest players can complete called The Giant Stump. This request tasks you with fixing up The Giant Stump in the Cindersnap Forest using various materials. Upon fixing up the stump a Raccoon will move in. This Raccoon makes requests of the player. Completing these requests causes more raccoon family members to move in.

This video shows the Stardew Valley 1.6.4 Good Neighbors cutscene that triggers when the eights Raccoon requests is completed. To see this scene in your own game simply enter the forest after doin all 8 requests and enter the forest.
