Overall great device, Only reasons i can find that someone may not like it is for its price, the amount of tinkering you'll need to do, or if your going to actually use a Handheld. Though I would say its worth it with all the kinds of games you can play, seriously go to ProtonDB[www.protondb.com] and search up the games you'll like to play and some you'll be amazed would work on a portable device such as Baldur's Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077. Even if the game says its unsupported, you can still configure and grab community control layouts for both steam and non steam games. You also can fully customize your steamdeck with plugins to truly make it your own personalized device.

Finally, This device is great when it comes to emulation, Want to play old or current games but they are console exclusive, no longer sold, or only playable through a crummy service. I didn’t get much into it at first and mainly just played games I had on Steam but decided to finally try and play Shadow of Colossus, a PS2 exclusive that hasn’t received a PC port as of this review. getting it to work was easier than I thought (of course there are some games and emulators that your going to have a tough time getting to work) sure enough I started getting a hold of many games such as… *cough* the jumping mustache guy *cough*
