Beware, this hideout is situated on the archipelago islands, but for the game it is situated on Callejon island, your dealers will trade on Callejon not Archipelago ! Also the parking lot seems bugged, is asking for reputation of 2 (but I have 4+ in Callejon and Archipelago, forums are saying you need to have 2 reputation in the capital ?). Don't think it is a good buy for the moment, will update this when bug is fixed.

You can use all normal equipement by placing them on the cement portions.
You can use the Barak or Villa in La Colina Sangrieta or the Apartment by the Town Hall in Dueño Del Mar as storage buffers/main labs to transport water and fertilizer to the Cocaine Lab to setup growing operations.
