WTTG2+ MOD - Enemies And Their Counters

This guide will feature all new enemies in the WTTG2+ mod and how to counter them.

EXECUTIONER - If you hear a door open followed by whistling outside your apartment u need to stay completely silent and not move, he will leave. Audio on websites will also get you killed.
(Exceptions: SWAN Virus, Police Scanner) He will insta kill you if you visit a certain website (Shadow Faces) and click on the mask picture. This website also turns off all of the lights in your apartment and it is possible for codes or a wiki link to be on it. Note that this killer doesn't become active until you get the message notification about the executioner on your computer. (Doesn't apply to the shadow faces website)
DELFALCO - From dead signal. He will only become active once u visit his website (Cleaning Services).
From this point onwards Delfalco will sometimes appear in any elevator in the apartment. You have to walk up to him and once the elevator opens run away and he will despawn. Don't run into your apartment because then he will know where you live and basically become Lucas 2.0 where you'll need to hide every time you hear his whistling cue in the hallway (different from executioners cue).
TANNER - From scrutinized. This silly dude will have two cues.
1 - Loud knocking on the window - In this case you want to get up and run up to your window, he will run away.
2 - Giggling outside your apartment - You need to look through the peephole. Once you do he will run away yet again.
FEMALE NOIR - Just like basic noir but a bit different. She will only spawn in the alleyway. Once you see her u need to walk up to her. Once she tells you to come closer you need to take a couple of steps towards her. When you're close enough she will turn her head. That is your cue to turn around just like with male noir and wait 10 seconds. I cannot stress this enough but DON'T move, not even an inch.
BOMB MAKER - He will activate once u open up his website (The Bomb Maker). In order to not get blown up you need to buy sulfur every now and then. The bomb maker will take the sulfur and give u money in return. Every time u hear an explosion that means the bomb maker ran out and u need to buy more sulfur. You can stack this so u don't have to keep on going to the alleyway.
KIDNAPPER - You need to look out for a location symbol on the top right of your computer, if u see the symbol you're being tracked. The next time the power goes out instead of turning it back on immediately u need to hide and wait for him to walk away. Sometimes the lights in your apartment will also turn off. You need to turn them on ASAP before the power goes out otherwise he will kill you. To counter him more safely u can buy the location alert.
BREATHER - He's essentially the same the only difference is you have to pick up his phone calls otherwise he will kill you. You're allowed to miss 3 phone calls.

I was playing 1337 and visiting a website for hiring a hitman and then I got a call with really loud sounds and a txt file showed up on the (in-game) desktop titled Harbinger.txt and it read "I know who you are", does that do anything or was that just a scary thing (I lost due to timeout right as I was about to get to the bottom floor and finish the game XD)

Just recently learned about the mod via the negative reviews on steam. This seems insanely well done for a mod. (though the bomb maker seems a bit of a stupid idea to me)

yeah the router can decrease internet speed but make tracking harder for the police

certain boosts or items bought from the shadow market or ZDM can decrease the time window of safely connecting to a network before getting tracked by the cops
