I actually got it fixed. You need the program called GCFscape. You then open up your directory, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\workshop, then find the Okami M1911 Sound, open it up, open up the sounds and take out the weapons, now put the "weapons" in the premade sound folder. I found this out from the Tomahawk knife mod owner, so if you got the knife and the M1911 sound mod, you put the "Makarov" sound and the "knife" sound in the weapons folder then put the weapons folder in the "Sound" folder.

@Based Apprentice™ Yes every time you start up the game you need to type snd_restart, untill enough people complain to the devs or they decide to fix it
