World Size Customization

Allows you to create much smaller and larger worlds than normally possible!
This includes the Underground world.
Compatible with Lonely Mountain and Two Fortresses DLCs, although what effects the larger/smaller sizes have on those DLC maps is untested, so be wary!
All sizes are in tiles in the x/y directions!

Standard world sizes:
Tiny - 130x80
Smallest - 150x90
Smaller - 170x100
Small - 230x100
Medium - 260x140
Large - 320x160
Larger - 360x180
Largest - 420x220
Massive - 500x240

Underground world sizes:
Vertical Tiny - 120x140
Vertical Smallest - 140x150
Vertical Smaller - 160x160
Vertical Small - 170x180
Vertical Medium - 190x200
Vertical Large - 200x220
Vertical Larger - 220x250
Vertical Largest - 240x320
Vertical Massive - 270x370
