Asian Flashpoint - Viet Minh

Asian Flashpoint is to be a series of mods aimed at adding factions fought in Asia in different wars. Viet Minh, India 1962, Pakistan 1965, PLA 1962, Koreans of 1950 and US Army 1950 are to be added in standalone mods later.

This adds a small not super-duper history accurate(in terms of gear) Viet Minh faction suitable for late Indochina War. Faction is based on SOG CDLC, armed with mostly authentic weapons of that time period and also autentic vehicles. Only one custom asset rn is the side cap headgear.

Factions does have statics, AAs, cars and main units.

My custom cap is distributed under APL-SA, while whats belong to SOG is distibuted under their license.

Known bugs:
-There are not boats currently
-There are no AT soldiers now, since I am doing M9 Bazooka for them to use.
-Headgear are only only lod, but they are not very high on polys, so its ok. Also no shadowlod for them rn.
