Step 1:

Open CS:2 and go to "Settings menu".

Step 2:

Go to "GAME", "CROSSHAIR", hit the "Share or Import" button and simply paste this code:
CSGO-4ZeDD-PUUcA-VP34A-vrMGB-sMSFE
Click import and you are all done!

Result

You can finally put a smile to your enemies head and you can also always smile at your teammates when they are spectating you (because you always bait)
