Gotta Recruit 'Em All

Here is a public Google spreadsheet with checkboxes for how to recuit all 120 characters in game, that also lets' you check-off the ones completed!

After opening the Google Spreadsheet, you'll want to click "File" and then "Make A Copy" and save it into your Google Drive so you can mark off which recruits you have completed.

@PrettyBeard maybe some clarification can be made - it's been a while but in some light research he should ask you to collect 10 Iron Ore, you go to do it and come back to him. As new as 3 months ago there is posting about bug/issues with getting him to trigger properly, so that could also be a thing.

Comment on Douglas is wrong. I talked to him, collected 10 iron ore, couldn't recruit. Collected 2 more, talked to him couldn't recruit. Went back to base, deposited Iron ore, didn't collect anymore, and was finally given the option to ask him to join again and recruit him.
