Mono Market

A map with an interesting story.

Mono Market started out as an experiment to create a 3 lane map in Counter Strike 2. The map layout went through multiple different iterations before landing on the final one, which allowed for a (hopefully) good mix of close, medium and long ranged combat. I scrapped the map on Counter Strike 2 since I lost interest and subsequently brought it over to Garry's Mod where I wanted to turn it into a proper serious map.

I almost scrapped it, as I had no idea how to turn this into a proper serious map. A lack of direction, if you can call it. But, eventually I decided to release the map as is on the workshop. My failed experiment basically lol I don't think this can ever pass for Counter Strike 2 standards, let alone CS:GO standards.
