The hammer is probably one of the most useful tools. Ribcage in your way? HAMMER TIME! Skull blocking brain access? Use that god hammer! Useful in nearly every situation,the hammer is probably one of the most useful tools in the game for getting through bones quickly with little bloodshed,easy to use for both new players and experts,this is a must use tool.

The Hand-Saw is a useful tool for beginners to get through the ribcage like the hammer,in fact if used correctly it can be better! Although the downsides are that it drains blood fast,easily hits flesh and takes more time,if your hammer makes a mess try to function the hand saw.

Like the hammer,scalpels are VERY IMPORTANT,especially in Heart surgery and Double Kidney Surgery,used to cut out the heart,stomach cord,small intestine,large intestine,and kidneys,these handy knives are the most important item in the game,not even the hammer is as useful as these knives,although they do have a few problems; They are small and hard to grab,being hard to grab they're easy to drop (especially in the patient ),but there's about 6 of these in each surgery in case you drop one,they cause massive blood loss when they cut through the patient's flesh which can easily drain up to 500 ml of blood if you don't act fast enough to fix said blood loss.

This tool is normally findable in the Brain Surgery,although you get it for every level when you complete all 3 Space Surgeries. This can be a very good tool and a surgery-ending tool,this tool should ONLY be used by champs of the game as a single shot of this laser touching flesh could get rid of 1000 ml of blood before you fix the problem,once you pick up the laser and let it go it will dangle on a cord and keep shooting the patient,draining more blood. However there is an emergancy stop button for the laser where you pick up the laser. If you plan to use the laser,don't try until you are VERY good at the game,then practice for a while,eventually you'll get the rythm going and learn how powerful this tool can be.

These tools can be useful and horrible,there are always two syringes in the surgeries,one has green liquid in it and the other has blue,the green syringe will slow blood loss when stabbed into the patient,while the blue one increases blood loss. If you hit your hand on the green syringe you will start tripping balls,although this can be fixed by hitting yourself with the blue syringe.

This is the weirdest tool in the game,period,it cannot cut through flesh,cut through anything,break bones,etc. However,this tool can be EXTREMELY USEFUL for the Double Kidney Transplant,by scooping that wretched left kidney in reach distance,making the surgery MUCH quicker,this is a very useful tool for the kidney transplant and is not very difficult to use.
