To earn the "Wing" achievement you must be on Hard or Nightmare difficulty when playing the game.
On both Normal and Easy difficulties either too few energy drinks spawn, or regardless of the number consumed the achievement will never be completed (13 consumed and no achievement).


Over the course of the run, a single player must consume 8 energy drinks to get the "Wing" achievement. Below is what the item looks like when found, and while in the inventory. The time of when the drink is consumed does not matter, so you can drink them all back to back once you collect them all or as you find them.


Once you have gotten the achievement you can now go into the perk store and unlock the unnamed perk.

This achievement is far simpler and more straightforward to complete. There should not be a difficulty requirement so any that you are comfortable on should do.

Simply consume 10 Medicines as shown below.


This can be pretty easy to do by finding a Nurses Room/Infirmary which will contain 6 medicines.
