What screen are you talking about for step 2? Also [] isn't an order but I assume its the order above the door in the room with the key required button.

Below are the steps.

Step 1. remember the date on the wall and go up the closest staircase then go and shoot the numbers in order on the keypad [1964].

Step 2. When the lights flash on the screen go in this order [] only when said color flashes on the screen.

Step 3. Go back from where you came and take a right, a door opened with a keycard on the table. Insert the keycard in the machine in the hallway where the 2 sides come together.

Step 4. Go up the staircase in the hallway with the colored screen. 2 doors have been opened 1 with a square and free grenades and the other with power and 3 paterns with a square triangle and circle, the last 2 are behind doors that are opened with grenades, these doors have some slot like gap above them. shoot the paterns in the order like in the power room. After shooting them in the right order you can turn on the power.

Step 5. Just run towards the door that has been opened by turning power on and end the game.

also the first puzzle is that you gotta shoot the numbers on the keypad next to the door in the second hallway. Hint: The code is the year (not this year though)
