flavorful profession descriptions

this mod inserts additional flavor text in the tooltips that show up when you hover over a profession in the character creation menu.
most of the text was transcribed from cataclysm: dark days ahead with slight adjustments made when necessary. the metalworker and carpenter descriptions were written by me.
to ensure proper functioning, ensure that this mod loads after any mod that changes the UI_profdesc_[jobname] lines of the UI_EN.txt file (extra trait effects is one, for example)
