How to set this number of units of soldiers?

Well he is not screwed if he have enough Nord Huscarl, but having around 100 of them placed by the ladder they will go and they need to be surrounded like 8 people vs 1 to get insa killed, then some sharpshooters, or maybe some nord huntsmen or longbowmen by the sides, and if you can throw and shoot arrows, you can pick them up from these walls and use them back :D in such a big crowd, hard to miss :D but even still Good luck with these 800 guys .D
