Ladder healing preventer

Beskrivelse
This is an anti-griefing script that will prevent a player from healing another player that's on a ladder if they attempt the healing more than twice. Will also prevent ladder healing if fall is higher than 150 units (the last chapter of Parish is an exception to the height check).

theres a mod i had that let you shove someone if they healed you and it would push them back i can't find it now can you make this mod?

I would love a version of this that stopped it all together, because when is healing someone on a ladder ever a good idea?
