The lore is this:
This is the kaiserredux universe, Germany won WW1. After the war, it all went the same, but in 1933 Poland and Lithuania united. In 1936 Belarus also joined them. In 1938 There was a civil war in the Austrian Empire, and Poland-Lithuania grabbed Galicia, and began the integration process with Czechoslovakia (newly formed) to create Zapadoslavia. So Czechoslovakia joined, and with them their puppet hungary. In 1939 the radical socialists were elected, and in 1940 Zapadoslavia joined the 3I to destroy Germany. After The war, they took eastern Ukraine, Courland, Livonia, Prussia, German land east of the Elbe, remnants of Austria, Slovenia And Slavonia. They began integration these lands into the federation, and with that they expelled the Germans, expanded slavic influence in east Germany (Polabia) and even revived the pommerian language. In late 1950's Romania, ridden in debt, unstable and on the brink of revolution, joined Zapado, or as it was called by non-slavs Vostochnoslavia, creating The Commonwealth, officialy known as "The Commonwealth of the 19 nations, The federation of western Slavs, Balts, Slovien, Ruthien, The Mogyer and The Eastern Romans". In the 2000's, when democracy began to return, the nation by miracle didn't collapse, instead giving more autonomy to everyone."
