Chapter 1 - Windmill Wort
How to bloom the Windmill Wort?

This is super easy since it's basically the tutorial level :)

From the clues gathered, you'll know that
1. the plant is originally from Sicily
2. the plant is a Volcanic Flower
3. the soil temperature you'll need for a volcanic flower from Sicily is 60C

Once you have all the info you need, you just need to plant the seed into a fresh pot, water it to sprout it, and then move the pot to the front of the heat vents. There should be a saucer to put the pot.

Go to the big metal heater and turn the valve until the temperature is 60C. Head back to the vents and open it.

The Windmill Wort should then bloom.
Chapter 2 - Fulguria and Ash Plume
How to bloom the Fulguria
This one can be a bit tricky... but only a bit.

You'll know from the clues gathered - make sure to read and interact with everything you can!
1. The plant will only bloom during a thunderstorm so you'll need to create a man-made one.
2. The closest thing you can get to the flash of lightning in a thunderstorm is the flash of a camera.
3. Unfortunately, your flash powder is depleted.
4. But there's a handy bench with various chemicals... maybe you can mix up one yourself!
5. But what's the composition of the flash powder? Maybe the empty bottle may hold a clue

It's 2x potassium and 1x magnesium

Once mixed, you can then use the homemade flash powder on the tray and press the big red button. The Fulguria should then bloom.

Note that even if you didn't collect all the clues, you can still bloom a plant if you know the answer (such as via this guide, or by trial and error).

How to bloom the Ash Plume
I actually completed this one prior to the Fulguria. This one I did a bit of trial and error mainly because I couldn't recall some parts of the clues and am lazy to go back to the clues themselves to read up.

From the clues gathered, you'll know that
1. Seeds or nuts that have a tough shell can be cracked using heat as hinted by the note about roasting chestnuts. You'll need to do this instead of watering the seed to make it sprout.

2. Ash Plume is a pyrophile and will only bloom when certain smoke aromas (likely of a forest fire) is present
3. Due to this, you'll need to burn the correct type of log at the smoking house to get the right aroma to bloom the plant.
4. There are four types of logs nearby. From the clues given about Dartmoor and the fact that the seed was gathered from Wistman's Wood, the oak log is the most probably choice.

Burn the correct wood log (you just need one) in the smoking house to get the correct smoke aroma and you'll get the Ash Plume to bloom!
Chapter 3 - Pixie Tears and Wolfglove
Pixie Tears

This is quite different from the other plants you've done so far.

From the clues gathered, you should know that:
1. Pixie Tears has no chlorophyll and relies on the nutrients in its soil to grow/bloom
2. The amount of nutrients you need to add to the soil in your pot varies depending on the pot - it's 97g

3. There's an apple press nearby with a variety of apples of varying sugar levels that you can use as fertilizer for the plant - that's why the flower is closely associated with orchards.

Once you have the plant potted and watered, all you need to do is to place it at the outlet of the apple press, place the correct types of apples onto the press (Merlin's Mist - 27g; Knobby - 40g; and Cat's Head - 30g ), and turn the handle to crush them.

Pixie Tears should then bloom!

Wolfglove
To get this seed, you'll need to first discover the Priest Hole. You'll notice the ruined stairs brings you to a room with an oddly familiar symbol. The same symbol can be found in the kitchen near some weights.

If you recall a poem by Nicholas Owen hung on the kitchen wall, it mentioned something about the construction year of the house as being the key.

Head to the Painting Room and you'll see a layout of the manor. There, you should get your answer - it's 1593

Now, all you need to do is to place the weights according to the year and viola! The secret door is opened! You can now get the Wolfglove seed to plant.

This part is a work in progress still, but here are some of the clues

1. Wolfglove is found at high altitudes
2. There's a tower, known as the Turbulent Tower, near your orchard that has a lift

Once you have the plant potted and watered,

Nice write-up!
There's more for the ash plume: In the room between the kitchen and the kitchen garden, there is a poster telling you that the trees surrounding the ash plume were oak trees.
And for the Pixie Tears: I used a different combination of apples adding up to 97g of sugar. I'm not sure but it seems that the tannin and acid values are irrelevant to the puzzle.
